In practice, we try to get the most out of the space that needs to be arranged, with the resources we have available. This is an apartment in Constanța, which was purchased to be rented on a hotel basis, and the arrangement is comfortable and versatile, creating a welcoming space for any tourist.

This project exemplifies our Blitz Design methodology—an agile spatial intervention model executed within an accelerated timeline and under strict budgetary discipline. The strategy centers on unlocking a property's maximum spatial and aesthetic value through targeted, high-impact design maneuvers that work within tight resource constraints. Conceived for the short-term hospitality market in the coastal city of Constanța, the apartment's interior relies on durable comfort and programmatic versatility. The scheme establishes a luminous, welcoming retreat designed to effortlessly accommodate the dynamic flow and diverse expectations of seasonal travelers.
