A small training gym is proposed. The pool area will include a 250 sqm pool for adults and 2 small pools for children of 18 sqm each. An indoor pool and maintenance center are also proposed. Other facilities include: beach volleyball court, mini-golf space, children's play area, afterschool program, restaurant, and accommodation.

The conceptual framework for the leisure and recreation complex articulates an integrated, all-in-one sports campus defined by forward-thinking design and tailored hospitality. Balancing high-performance athletic programming with restorative wellness and leisure, the master plan organizes its functions along clear operational and experiential gradients. Positioned in direct proximity to the main entrance and parking infrastructure, the outdoor sports zone convenes a regulation football pitch, two tennis courts, and two dedicated squash courts. Anchoring this active zone is a central dining venue accommodating 100 indoor covers alongside an agile, small-scale conditioning gymnasium. The aquatic enclave introduces a nuanced landscape of water bodies, centered on an expansive 250-square-meter adult pool flanked by two 18-square-meter children's basins, and extends indoors with a fully sheltered lap pool and dedicated wellness-recovery center. Rounding out the campus’s holistic ecosystem, the scheme integrates a sand volleyball court, a miniature golf green, dedicated children's play areas, an educational afterschool facility, and integrated hospitality infrastructure encompassing a full-service restaurant and boutique accommodation quarters.
