Developed within the international team of Plus Arhitectura, the project was guided by the core ambition to weave the site’s historic imprint into a contemporary framework of comfort and visual identity. Rising behind the preserved heritage facade of the former 'Cartea Românească' printing house, the building steps back to yield a generous public realm at the main entrance. The resulting mixed-use scheme harmoniously integrates commercial office spaces, a retail arcade, hotel apartments, and subterranean parking.
