The project was developed within the international team of Plus Arhitectura, whose main intention was to integrate the footprint of the past with a level of comfort and contemporary image. The building extends behind the facade of the former ”Cartea Românească” printing house, while also offering a generous public space in the main access area. The mixed-use complex integrates offices, commercial gallery, hotel apartments, and underground parking.
