The location C [~Si:] is located in one of the former halls of the Pipera computer factory. Considering the hall's configuration and the client's design theme, we pursued an industrial aesthetic to conform to the architectural vocabulary of the space and the area. Nature was in the process of reclaiming the space when we first visited the deserted hall. The concept was based on this image of an industrial site invaded by vegetation. The premises are divided into two major areas, the bar area and an open space, which can function independently if rented. The glass area of the hall is oriented towards the terrace to facilitate access to the exterior and the food court area located there in the summer. The central, transparent bar filters the courtyard image in the access area. The design and execution were completed in three months with the help and dedication of a team composed of passionate individuals from different fields.

Si-Lounge is set within one of the former industrial halls of the Pipera computer factory. Responding to the building’s layout and the client’s brief, we embraced an industrial aesthetic that aligns with the architectural language of both the structure and its surroundings. When we first visited the decommissioned site, nature was already reclaiming the space—an image of an overgrown industrial ruin that directly inspired the design concept. The venue is split into two primary zones: the bar area and an open-plan layout, designed to operate independently for private events. An expansive glazed facade faces the terrace, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow and direct summer access to the outdoor food court. At the core, a transparent, centrally positioned bar visually filters views of the courtyard toward the entrance. The entire project was designed and built in just three months, brought to life through the dedication of a multidisciplinary team of passionate collaborators.
