Conceived for a young family, this new private residence organizes its social core on the ground plane, where an expansive living area transitions seamlessly toward a sheltered orangery-terrace. Adjacent to the main entrance, a semi-public home office is directly accessible from the vestibule, ensuring functional autonomy from the primary domestic realm. The upper level convenes the private quarters, comprising two dedicated bedrooms.
