Over time, man began to realize the importance of the world that surrounds him and to desire to live in a space that reflects his personality, implicitly his needs. The contemporary man feels that he needs to find his own place. Our proposal sought to highlight the space of this Penthouse type apartment without overloading it. We thus created a minimal space in neutral tones but one that spontaneously receives surprise spaces loaded with color.

With the passage of time, our awareness of the built environment has deepened, fostering a desire for living spaces that genuinely reflect individual identity and evolving rituals. The contemporary dweller seeks an authentic sanctuary to call their own. Our proposal unlocks the spatial potential of this penthouse without burdening the interior envelope. The result is a disciplined, minimalist volume rendered in neutral tones, punctuated by spontaneous, saturated bursts of color that reveal themselves as vibrant moments of surprise.
