Forged around an ethos of visual lightness, the KA Apartment balances functional rigor with an understated spatial permeability. At its core, the threshold between the kitchen and the social lounge dissolves conventional domestic boundaries: a slender, glazed steel partition converges with a low-slung, open-shelf millwork element. This architectural gesture acts as a kinetic lens rather than a barrier, drawing natural light deep into the plan while maintaining effortless fluidity across the dwelling’s shared footprint.
