Collective living can foster a rich spectrum of social engagement, mediated by degrees of privacy and the presence of generous outdoor extensions calibrated to daily domestic life. The contemporary family seeks a nuanced duality: the spatial freedom and quietude of single-family suburban living paired with the immediate connectivity and infrastructure of urban life. Our collective housing proposal addresses these emerging imperatives through a resident-centric approach, prioritizing spatial comfort, private open-air retreats, and a well-tempered threshold between domestic sanctuary and neighborhood vibrancy.
