Living in a community can offer various types of relationships, depending on the intimacy and the presence of sufficient outdoor space, suitable for the needs. Therefore, the contemporary family seeks diversity: a space as close to the freedom and tranquility of life in the yard, as well as one that provides accessibility to all city services. Our proposal for collective housing takes into account these increasingly prevalent needs and pays special attention to the comfort of the residents.
