The single-family home can have numerous personal interpretations and can be endlessly interpreted. So, we present our vision of this type of dwelling. It's about the gradual intimateization of the space that defines the user's relationship with the family, the community, and ultimately the city. It should be both the family's oasis and that of each member in particular. The family revolves around a central nucleus. In our case, it's the fireplace around which the living area is organized. The floor plan configuration is flexible and can adapt to changes over time. So, the garden can encroach more into the living area and closer to the 'nucleus', or it can extend beyond the site boundaries. The composition is playful, with mysterious pathways connecting the more intimate spaces to the communal ones. Designed with an archetypal aesthetic, the overall image is humble and tends to subtly integrate into a developing community.

The single-family home offers endless personal interpretations, presenting infinite avenues to redefine the domestic realm. Our approach centers on a graduated transition of privacy—a delicate spatial layering that mediates the dweller’s relationship with the family unit, the broader community, and the urban context. The residence is envisioned simultaneously as an oasis for collective life and a retreat for individual solitude. The family gravitates around a central anchor: an elemental hearth that organizes and grounds the open-plan living zone. The planimetric layout embraces adaptive flexibility, anticipating structural shifts in domestic rituals over time. Consequently, the garden operates as an elastic landscape, pushing deep into the living space toward this primary core or visually extending past the site's legal perimeter. The architectural composition unfolds through an intuitive, playful sequence of thresholds, where enigmatic circulation paths weave together communal gatherings and introspective, private alcoves. Rendered in an archetypal tectonic language, the massing adopts an understated, modest presence—integrating with quiet sensitivity into an evolving neighborhood fabric.
